Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Reports to: Store Manager - DeWitt and Altheimer
Summary/Objective
This role is responsible for selling and renting Case/IH Agricultural Equipment, various implement brands, and construction equipment in the DeWitt and Altheimer areas of Arkansas.
The individual will provide ongoing support to product distribution channels and develop long-term partnerships with our PTI customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account strategies and territory plans to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Effectively utilize manufacturers' programs and resources to achieve acceptable market share levels.
- Become actively involved in sales orientation and sales training programs.
- Assist in contract negotiations, close sales, and develop marketing plans for contract accounts.
- Coordinate the pickup and delivery of equipment as needed.
- Assist in planning sales exhibits and attend trade shows and community-based functions.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of new products, services, and industry information.
- Troubleshoot problems regarding products provided and address customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of sales, service, and/or parts experience.
- Previous agriculture or construction equipment experience is a plus.
- Maturity and ability to handle job demands effectively.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
