As the lead supplier diversity specialist, you’ll ensure a diverse supplier base for procuring goods and services for the business. Working closely with the supplier diversity manager, you’ll coordinate the conception, planning, and development to ensure the Supplier Diversity program achieves success. You’ll also assist in executing the overall strategy, development, and management of the program, as well as collect, compile, and summarize data to report and educate stakeholders. In this role, you’ll oversee the system design for supplier spend reporting and engage in community outreach to develop rapport with diverse suppliers. Additionally, you’ll conduct internal outreach necessary to inform, educate, and garner stakeholder support for the program. In addition, you’ll support all Strategic Sourcing teams for the inclusion of diverse suppliers in Request for Proposals and sourcing decisions.

- This is a hybrid role, which means you’ll work in-office 1 day a week.
Must-have qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent and a minimum of 7 years' experience in analysis, procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management or supplier diversity.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or related field of study (e.g., Finance, Business) and a minimum of 4 years' experience in analysis, procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management or supplier diversity.
Preferred skills
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in supplier diversity, procurement, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written, listening and presentation skills
- Data-driven decision maker with strong program management and organizational skills
- Works effectively in a team environment as well as independently
Compensation
- $84,900.00 - $113,200.00/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
