What You'll Be Doing:
As a Physical Demand Specialist, you will play a crucial role in conducting onsite job site assessment activities in a large manufacturing facility to assist with optimal placement and process improvements programs. Duties may include, but are not limited to,
- Complete accurate yearly and quarterly job assessments.
- Utilize collected data to fuel existing programing and future client project requests.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to identify and discuss process improvements to enhance job placement and injury prevention.
- Accurate and detailed entry of job assessment data into internal software solution.
- Collaborate with team on data questions to ensure complete, accurate entry of records.
- Communicate with internal and external team members regarding job assessment scheduling, assigned tasks, and updates.
- Maintain and update job assessment tracking tools in a timely manner.
- Participate in internal and client meetings, as needed.

What You’ll need:
- A background in exercise science, ergonomics, kinesiology, physical therapy, CEAS (Certified Ergonomics Specialist), ASP (Associate Safety Professional), or manufacturing processes/equipment (with hands-on experience in roles such as production team members/supervisors, process technicians, or quality control specialists)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
- A genuine passion for enhancing workplace wellness, productivity, and impacting team member's wellbeing.
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and programs
- Ability to perform tasks independently and as part of a team
