Revenue Cycle Support Specialist – Integrius, LLC – Evansville, IN
We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Support Specialist to join our team! This person will be responsible for Refunds and Revenue Cycle support duties as assigned. This is a full-time position with a Monday – Friday schedule with flexible hours. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!
What will you be doing in this role?
- Manages assigned monthly accounts for Industrial clients
- Processes deposits twice weekly
- Manages keying secondary Medicaid claims
- Assists with mailing paper claims
- May expand responsibilities to include the assignment of monthly Auto and Workers' Compensation accounts across multiple clinic settings.
- Other duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate would:
- Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Have at least 1 year of related experience or training is preferred
- Medical office and health insurance terminology, and/or medical billing experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluent with a 10-key calculator.
- Display a high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
- Have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrate strong detail orientation with the ability to adapt to change.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Have strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
