What will you be doing in this role?
- Drive Operations and Implementation: Apply your expertise to effectively execute and manage initiatives within defined partnership areas.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and long-term success.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Conduct market research to uncover new business prospects and opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless implementation and management of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and identifying areas for improvement.
- Engage in Industry Events: Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and industry events to promote partnerships and expand the organization’s presence.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree required
- Major in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field
- At least 7-10 years of experience in healthcare operations management, business development, or a related field
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is ideal, preferably in physical and occupational therapy and/or occupational health services
- Exceptional organization skills, self-motivation, and demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication
- Ability to adapt quickly to change, problem solve, and be solution-oriented
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to execute quickly and efficiently with keen attention to detail
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task
- A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
