Employer Medical Solutions Coordinator – ProgressiveHealth Rehabilitation, Inc. – Evansville, IN
We are seeking a dedicated Employer Medical Solutions Coordinator to join our Central Operations team. In this vital role, you will assist the Vice President and Director of Employer Medical Solutions in delivering outstanding operational support to occupational and non-occupational health clinics and sites while fostering collaboration with our clients.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Collaborating with clients to align health site operations with their objectives and ensure contract compliance.
- Supporting multiple clinics/sites to deliver results that exceed expectations and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinating team communications, providing operational guidance, and assisting with scheduling, data review, and program goals.
- Analyzing business needs to optimize solutions and inform strategy.
- Partnering with Central Operations resources for efficient solution delivery and ongoing improvements.
- Supporting team goals, quality initiatives, and process enhancements.
- Traveling to sites to ensure operational success, support staff, and assist in new client launches (overnight travel may be required).

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Health Services/Administration or related field preferred)
- Experience or interest in primary/acute care, occupational health, or injury prevention is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a solutions-oriented approach
- Proficiency in professional communication and team collaboration
- Prior healthcare management experience is advantageous but not required
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
