Nurse Practitioner, NP – ProgressiveHealth Occ Health, LLC – Haw River, NC
ProgressiveHealth is looking for a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team supporting a major manufacturing client in Haw River, NC. This position will provide occupational health, surveillance, injury prevention, and health improvement services at an onsite health clinic for employees. What will you be doing in this role?
- Providing direct, onsite patient care services and professional services to meet client-requested coverage hours
- Delivering occupational, acute, and preventative health care to employees
- Conducting patient assessments, histories, and physical exams
- Prescribing medications and medical treatments based on evidence-based practice standards
- Collaborating with nursing staff and the operations team to implement protocols, formularies, and emergency plans
- Providing guidance and education to additional clinical staff as appropriate
