What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist Assistant position at ProgressiveHealth?
We are looking for energetic and results driven Occupational Therapist Assistants to provide therapeutic and holistic care for our patients in our inpatient hospital division. Experienced OTA’s and new graduates are welcome to apply! This is a wonderful opportunity to expand knowledge and experience in a clinical setting.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant License or ability to obtain Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Associate's or higher degree as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
This position is responsible for:
- Providing medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases
- Restores function
- Relieve pains
- Prevents disability
- All functions performed under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
