Required:
- Education/Certification:Graduate from a CODA-accredited dental assisting programOR has completed two years of continuous full-time employment as a chair-sidedental assistant.
- Current radiography certification
- Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Current certification to monitor Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen Analgesia
- Maintenance of annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
- DANB certification or 2 years of dental assisting experience

- 1 phone interview
- 1-2 face-to-face interviews including an observation interview (mix of questions on experience and personal character/integrity).
