- Compensation : Transition to a competitive 10% commission basis post-training.
- Earning Potential : $40,000 - $100,000 annually.
- Work Flexibility : Office in Chandler, but projects can take you across Arizona.
Responsibilities :
- Sell Retail Roofing Services : Offer roof repairs and full replacements to homeowners.
- Work with Insurance : Assist customers in navigating insurance claims to get roofs fully replaced.
- Damage Assessment : Identify and assess roof damage, providing expert advice and solutions to customers.
- Customer Relationship Building : Develop trust and rapport with homeowners, guiding them through the process of protecting and restoring their roofs.
Qualifications : Required :
Required :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Direct sales experience
Preferred :
- Sales experience, especially in roofing, construction, or related industries, 2 years
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes
- Knowledge of roofing materials and general home repair
