Progyny is seeking a Client Success Intern to support the continued growth and operational efficiency of the Client Success team by provid ing additional capacity for key projects and day-to-day client management tasks. This role will allow the team to focus on strategic initiatives while offering a meaningful learning opportunity for the intern. This intern will enhances the team's ability to manage operational demands efficiently while supporting the development of emerging talent. This is an opportunity to enhance operational efficiency and c ultivate future leaders in the Client Success space.
Progyny's internship program offers undergraduate and graduate students the chance to gain valuable corporate work experience while contributing to meaningful projects that benefit the company. The internship program runs year-round based on the needs of each department, with a dedicated summer program that begins in June. Summer interns will be required to present to senior leadership on project(s) that they have completed during their time with Progyny.
The internship program will align the intern to a specific business leader to execute on a specific project plan. This is a paid internship with a hybrid schedule, requiring interns to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Remote positions may also be available.
What you'll do...
Assist with administrative and tactical responsibilities, such as data entry, client communications, and maintaining client records.
Collaborate on developing strategies and implementing operational processes that improve team workstreams and performance.
Contribute to ongoing projects like client satisfaction surveys, onboarding guides, and improving workstreams and performance.
Help collect and analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Work with team members to enhance and develop new content in Spekit
Build and deliveran end-of-summer presentation on the themes of your work.
Explore ways to enhance agility and responsiveness within our Client Success team.
Enhancce CSM Infrastructure by impl ementing improvements to existing systems and processes.
Optimization, Efficiency, and Workflow Improvements- Identify areas where we can streamline operations and enhance productivity.
About you...
Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data and pivot tables.
Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives.
Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver.
Prefers to work independently with clear initial guidance / requests leveraging cross functional resources and teams.
Driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is : $25.00 / hour - $40.00 / hour.
