The Senior Product Manager, Digital Member Experience will lead key initiatives to guide the digital member experience towards achieving higher engagement, user satisfaction and utilization within the web / mobile app. This role will balance considerations for member touchpoints across the overall journey of Progyny's millions of members. You will collaborate closely with the Product leads directly responsible for our suite of family building and women's health products. You will align cross- organizationally with Member Services, Member Growth Marketing, Data and Analytics to ensure Progyny's digital ecosystem supports an exceptional member experience that leads to improved member outcomes and improved business metrics.
What you'll do...
- Manage the product roadmap, aligning with product leadership and cross-organizationally on priorities for both high-level initiatives and detailed feature development.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering team members to ideate, prioritize, and develop solutions that will drive increased engagement, satisfaction, and utilization of the members' mobile and web experiences.
- Define and analyze product and usage metrics that inform the success of member experience outcomes in light of business goals.
- Drive digital measurement plans and report on overall digital KPIs as well as performance of newly released features and functionality, embodying a "learn, make, test" mentality
- Identify new opportunities for the digital experience and engage in internal and external research to provide supporting data of your recommendations.
- Engage in continuous discovery and member feedback to continuously learn and improve our digital member experience.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strong alignment across the product team and key business teams.

Our perks :
In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is : $140,000 - $185,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought / required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
