Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, with a focus on radiology.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Certification in healthcare management or a related field.
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
