As a Van Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing non-emergency transport to elderly and mobility-impaired residents. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vans following all traffic laws and regulations
- Foster courteous interactions with residents, guests, family members, and staff.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the van as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the van
- Keep records of trips, including passenger counts, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate effectively with passengers and team members
- Perform basic maintenance checks on the van
Skills:
- Experience as a Delivery Driver, Van Driver, or in a similar role
- Commercial driving license (CDL-B) preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety standards
- Experience in operating 14-passenger buses
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to drive efficiently and safely
