Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, home care, and be knowledgeable in systems and protocols related to healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for individuals requiring personal care
- Provide hospice care and support to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Administer medication reminders and assist with vital signs monitoring
- Offer dementia care and support for individuals with memory-related conditions
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, home community care, or related fields
- Knowledge of hospice care, dementia care, and vital signs monitoring
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate support
