Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with office staff to accept new patients
- Complete paperwork and submit payroll
- Maintain open communication with patients and home health agencies to ensure a positive experience
- Facilitate communication with Physical Therapists to manage patient care
- Document daily visit notes and complete weekly paperwork
- Attend training meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist Licensure for the state of Ohio
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Able to travel to patient homes or facilities
- Strong communication skills
- Home healthcare experience preferred
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
