Physical Therapy Assistant Opportunity

Responsibilities:
- Manage patient relationships through daily communication with office staff
- Complete necessary paperwork and ensure timely payroll submission
- Establish and maintain effective communication with patients and home health agencies
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists to coordinate patient care
- Document daily visits and complete weekly paperwork
- Participate in training team meetings as required
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist licensure for the state of Ohio
- Accredited degree in Physical Therapy
- Ability to travel to patients' homes or facilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous home healthcare experience preferred
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
