ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250 physicians in over 100 clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.
Job Type: Full-time, direct hire
Pay: $21-23 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours shift
Responsibilities:
FRONT OFFICE:
- Welcome patients, process patient intake forms and schedule appointments
- Complete full cycle patient registration which include: collecting insurance and identification documents, verifying patient eligibility, communicating fees, and collecting payments
- Perform any other duties assigned
BACK OFFICE:
- Room and take patient vitals
- Review medical history
- Assist the provider with patient care
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Medical Assistant certificate
- Bilingual in Vietnamese required
