ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250 physicians in over 100 clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.
Seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant with experience in hands-on patient care. Applicant must possess all appropriate licensure and certification requirements with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing to work out of our Long Beach, CA office. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time, Direct hire
Pay: $65-75 per hour
Hours: Mon-Fri, Part-time
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide total patient care under the supervision of a physician
- Perform physical examinations and document preventative health measures
- Manage patient treatment plan
- Facilitate referrals, consultations, therapeutic services, etc.
- Document patient chart and other documents as appropriate
- Orders and interprets diagnostic test relative to patient’s age-specific needs
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant Program
- 2 years of Family Practice/General Practice/Internal Medicine experience
- DEA License
- Basic Life Support (BLS/ACLS)
