Additional Details Primary Location : Waukesha Memorial Hospital Start Dates : ASAP Unit Overview : PHP is outpatient day program- structured groups M-F led by therapists. Patient census can range between 6-15 patients. Inpatient unit is 11 bed BH locked unit. Ave daily census 6. Scrub Colors : Scrubs not required; business casual acceptable (NO jeans) GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed Float : Employee should not be asked to work outside of his / her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
