Charting Experience Required : Current EPIC within last 12 months
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal : RRT or CRT license, WI RRT required
Schedule Information
Orientation Date : 1 / 20
Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 36
Weekends / Holiday : Every 2nd or 3rd weekend; Holiday Rotation
Float Requirements : To Oconomowoc Memorial and Mukwonago and other units as needed
On Call / Call Back Requirements : None

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
Employee should not be asked to work outside of his / her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
