Overview: We are looking for new talent to join our client s team, where you will have the opportunity to be a subject matter expert (SME).
Responsibilities:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee central payroll system, End to End implementation in USA Payroll, able to guide the HRIS or Payroll team
- Knowledge of U.S. payroll operations, regulations, and compliance (e.g., tax laws, wage laws, ACA, FLSA).
- Ensure the U.S. payroll system, payroll calculations and tax deductions complies with all relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, IRS tax laws, ACA, state and federal regulations).
- Hands-On experience integrating multiple systems like ADP, Bank, SAP FI, third-party, etc
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (Payroll or EC modules) is a good to have
- Act as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, providing advice and guidance to the HRIS or Payroll team.
- Hands-On experience integrating multiple systems like ADP, Bank, SAP FI, third-party, etc.., and PCC functionalities
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (Payroll or EC modules) is highly desirable.
- We are looking for someone who understands the current system, supports the new projects, and makes changes without disturbing the existing configuration.
