Job Description
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies/product management, in a corporate setting
- Must have "SPC6 certification"
- Framework agnostic - should be able to work with any Agile Framework
- Led a large, cross-domain group of stakeholders
- Need a fairly senior resource (but not too senior) who can work with both ground-level teams as well as Directors and above.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, specifically in a virtual environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet Agile needs and training delivery with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain training resources, including SharePoint libraries, handouts, and other training resources.
- Provide feedback to the instructional design team on the effectiveness of training delivery and learning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile methodologies.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams

Education:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in control systems, robotics, electronic engineering, or a related field --
