Job Title: Infor LN Test Lead
Location: 3 days onsite (suburbs near Naperville, IL)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Infor LN Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing activities for Infor LN ERP implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP testing and integration testing, along with hands-on experience in managing test strategy, execution, and defect management in an Agile/DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities:
10 years of experience in ERP testing, with at least 3 years in Infor LN/BaaN.
Strong expertise in Infor LN and BaaN ERP functional modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.).
Define and implement test strategy, test plans, and test cases for Infor LN and BaaN ERP implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
Lead functional, regression, system, integration, UAT, and performance testing across Infor LN and BaaN applications.
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and end-users to ensure comprehensive test coverage for business processes.
Develop and maintain test scripts for Infor LN/BaaN
Manage test execution, track defects using Azure DevOps (ADO), qTest, JIRA, or similar test management tools.
Automation experience (preferable)
Preferred Certifications:
Infor LN certification (if available)
