Need a Performance Test Architect

Location: near Naperville (3 days a week @ Client office)

JD:

* 15 years of experience in performance testing leading performance testing initiatives

* Mandatory experience in NeoLoad is required (3 years minimum)

* 5 years plus proven experience as a Performance Architect or in a similar role.

* Skilled in some of these tools- Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, Katalon Platform, BlazeMeter, Gatling, Locust, K6, NeoLoad, WebLOAD, etc

* End-to-end Performance Testing Analysis, Monitoring and Alerting, System Optimization and Performance Engineering

* Should be good at Query tunning.

* In-depth knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.

* Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.

* Proficient in performance monitoring and profiling tools.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies is a plus.

* Relevant certifications in performance testing or system optimization are desirable.

* The candidate should have strong communication skills and should be a team player working with Agile stakeholders.
