Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and technically savvy Project Manager to oversee the enterprise deployment of Velociraptor from Rapid7. This individual will be responsible for end to end project execution, coordination across engineering, security, and IT teams, and driving timelines for successful deployment to over 41,000 endpoints.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across the five engineering team members and partnering departments.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communication across leadership, compliance, and operations.
Track technical blockers and risks, proactively drive resolutions and escalations as needed.
Report status, KPIs, and progress updates on project goals to executive leadership.
Ensure documentation, testing, change control, and rollout practices adhere to internal standards.
Qualifications:
5 years in project/program management within IT security or enterprise infrastructure.
Proven experience managing large-scale security tool deployments.
Strong understanding of endpoint security technologies and project lifecycles.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
