Location: Eagan, MN (Onsite 5 days/week preferred, may consider 4 days/week)
Duration: 6 months (Contract, W2)
Rate: $50/hr on W2 - AI

Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Analyst Report Analyst with expertise in source and target systems analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding data requirements, identifying stakeholders, setting up meetings, and analyzing data locations. This role requires strong SQL and/or Python skills for querying and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document source and target systems. Conduct data discovery, quality analysis, and cleansing. Identify data migration and archiving needs. Map data from legacy systems to vendor platforms. Write detailed reports on data location, usage, and system requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define reporting needs.
Required Skills:
SQL (Primary) and/or Python hands-on experience in writing queries and analyzing data. Strong understanding of infrastructure-level data requirements. Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in data migration, sourcing, and reporting analysis. Healthcare (Payer Domain) experience is highly desired. Familiarity with AWS-based data systems (SQL Server, RDS, RedShift is a plus). Power BI reporting experience is a plus for potential project extensions.
Additional Information: No pipelining tasks engineers will handle that. Not a team lead or data engineer role. Onsite in Eagan, MN Preference for 5 days/week, may consider 4 days/week.
