Our Model
- Part-time role working a set agreed upon flexible schedule Monday - Friday during business hours.
- Opportunity to learn more about the home construction industry.
- Base pay plus the potential to earn commission.
- Reports to CEO.
- Associates degree preferred or the equivalent of previous experience in a similar role.
- 2 years experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Natural conversationalist, confident and enthusiastic.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Persistent and resilience to deal with rejection.
- Professional and courteous.
- Advanced negotiation skills to persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Procure new lead generation for our markets nationwide.
- Conduct a high volume of cold calls daily.
- Follow up with leads as necessary to secure appointments.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team in each market.
- Verify and confirm appointments.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and our sales team.
- Maintain an accurate record of interactions and appointments set.
- Participate in sales team meetings and training.
- Pay: $19-21 hourly base pay plus the potential to earn a commission.
