What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Home Walkthrough Agent - North Chicago, IL position at ProHome, LLC?
This part-time position includes meeting new home buyers, conducting homeowner orientation, walk-throughs and documenting any potential construction issues. This remote positions requires travel in North Chicago, IL, Wisconsin and the surrounding area.
To be considered for the position, you must reside in North Chicago or the surrounding area.
We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members to conduct all business in a professional manner. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in residential construction is preferred (examples include carpentry, residential renovation, home inspections, construction project manager, construction manager, roof repair, flooring, etc.).

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level efficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office, PDF Expert & Adobe PDF required.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Strong residential construction walkthrough skills.
- Possess great interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Work setting: Remote in the Chicago area. You must be able to commute daily to North Chicago, IL, Wisconsin and the surrounding area.
Compensation:
- $27.50 - $35/hour
