What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Home Walkthrough Agent (PT) position at ProHome?
This part-time position includes meeting new home buyers, conducting homeowner orientation, walk-throughs and documenting any potential construction issues. This remote positions requires travel in Chicago and the surrounding area.

We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members to conduct all business in a professional manner. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes and residential construction is preferred.

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level efficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office, PDF Expert & Adobe PDF required.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Strong residential construction walkthrough skills.
- Possess great interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Work setting: Remote in the Chicago area. You must be able to commute daily to Chicago, IL and the surrounding area.
Compensation:
- $25/hour
