Company Description

ProhostAI (YC S24) building an AI-powered operating system for Airbnb hosts. Our founding team consists of data scientists and engineers from Airbnb, Dropbox, Pinterest, Harvard and Yale. We have raised $1.5M and are backed by Y Combinator and Pear VC. Our founding team consists of technologists who are also Airbnb hosts with a 4.99 rating across thousands of stays.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based out of our office in San Francisco. As a Full Stack Product Engineer, you will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, software development, and full-stack development tasks. We are looking for a product minded engineer who is excited to ship novel & delightful AI-powered user experiences to build a category leading product for Airbnb hosts.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience with front-end development (React, TypeScript, PWAs)
  • 2 years of experience with back-end development (Python, RabbitMQ, Microservices)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Experience with cloud technologies and deployment (AWS / Google Cloud, Firebase, Docker
  • Knowledge of databases and web storage solutions (Postgres, Redis, NoSql)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
