ProImprint is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for multiple client accounts, you'll manage daily customer interactions, nurture strong relationships, and ensure a seamless order process from start to finish. What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary liaison for multiple customer accounts, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships by delivering responsive and personalized service.
- Proactively reach out to inactive customers (6 months) to re-engage and generate new business.
- Prioritize and manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues related to pricing, shipping, and quality, offering timely solutions and ensuring follow-up.
- Accurately document all customer communications, including changes and order updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and shipped on schedule.
- Utilize company systems and software to monitor and manage order progress.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint.
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and strong active listening skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- High attention to detail with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable handling customer communication professionally via phone and email.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Thrives under pressure and consistently produces high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.
