Base Pay: Hourly Rate in addition to Monthly Client Management retainer. This ensures stability while you build your performance bonuses.
Performance Bonuses based on client activation point completion, retention, and upsells.
On-track earnings: $60,000 (with potential to exceed six figures for top performers).

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Success & Activation Management
- Own the client experience from onboarding to long-term success.
- Ensure all activation points (APs) are completed on time for each client.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the client journey.
- Drive client retention and upsells by making sure they see results.
- Ensure clients remain engaged, take action, and continue investing in our services.
- Work closely with internal teams (Production, Paid Ads, CRM) to ensure flawless execution of client marketing strategies.
- Hold internal teams accountable for delivering on commitments and meeting activation milestones.
- Track key client KPIs and communicate insights to leadership.
- If something isnt working, you fix it or escalate itno excuses.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with clients.
- Provide strategic coaching and insights to improve their marketing performance.
- Identify upsell opportunities and help move clients into higher-value services.
