Dishwasher- Miss Lucille's Cafe

Miss Lucilles Caf, a welcoming and cozy eatery located in Clarksville, TN, is known for its fresh, homemade dishes and inviting atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our exceptional kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, making it an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:

• Ensure clean dishes, pots, pans, and flatware are always available.
• Clear the dish window and store clean dishes appropriately.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and appliances, such as coffee makers, pots, pans, mixers, etc.
• Clean the dishwasher and triple sink at the end of the night.
• Sweep and mop floors, ensuring a safe and clean workspace at all times (especially if items are broken or spilled).
• Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and restocking items.
• Support your team and other restaurant staff with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.
• Commitment to following food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Must be at least 18 years or older.

Job Type: Part-Time

• Pay Rate: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
