What You’ll Do:
As a Shift Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader when our Front of House Manager or other business leaders are unavailable. You’ll ensure smooth operations while maintaining the vibrant atmosphere our guests love. Your responsibilities include:
- Assigning duties to team members based on their unique strengths.
- Providing hands-on support and guidance to keep the shift running smoothly.
- Training new and current team members on tasks and best practices.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues with a smile.
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and health/safety standards.
- Balancing cash drawers and preparing deposits.
- Creating an unforgettable guest experience!

- Comfort with technology, including registers and scheduling software.
- Valid ABC Card and experience with bar/restaurant cash register software.
- Completion of mixology, barkeeping, or related training.
Your Schedule:
- Flexible hours including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and prepare drinks efficiently.
- Capability to lift at least 20 pounds.
- Must be of legal drinking age or older.
