About the Role:
As a Party Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing party operations, managing the party team members, and ensuring every event runs smoothly. Your ability to effectively communicate and organize, paired with a knack for maintaining high service standards, will guarantee our guests have exceptional experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire – Supervise, train, and motivate a team of party hosts, ensuring they are prepared to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage Party Operations – Oversee party logistics, from setup to execution, ensuring all events run smoothly.
- Enhance Guest Experiences – Act as a primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Ensure Smooth Communication – Work closely with the Parties Manager and other leadership team members to coordinate schedules, staffing, and party details.
- Problem-Solve on the Fly – Adapt quickly to last-minute changes and challenges to maintain seamless operations.
- Maintain High Standards – Ensure party areas, supplies, and equipment are well-stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in event planning, party coordination, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong leadership skills – Embodying servant leadership with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team.
- Alignment with our mission, vision, and core values, showcasing professionalism, a strong work ethic, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Loves to work with Families and Children
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility – Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Shift & Pay:
- Full-Time (32.5 to 40 hours a week)
- Thursday to Sunday, Open Availability required
- $16- $18 an hour, depending upon prior experience
