Role
The Playscape Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, enjoyable, and clean environment for children and families in our playscape area. This role involves interacting with young guests and their parents, ensuring that safety guidelines are followed, and maintaining the cleanliness of the playscape. The Playscape Attendant plays a key role in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience at The City Forum.
Requirements
- Must enjoy working with children and possess an energetic, upbeat personality.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and policies to ensure the well-being of all guests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, engaging positively with a smile while assisting children and parents.
- Ability to perform basic cleaning and organizational tasks.
- Prior experience working with children or in customer service is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional service.
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children in the playscape area, ensuring their safety while they play.
- Maintain cleanliness in the playscape and surrounding areas, including wiping down equipment and picking up litter.
- Ensure that all safety rules and guidelines are followed by guests, addressing any safety hazards immediately.
- Assist children and parents with any needs or concerns, offering a positive and helpful attitude.
- Communicate with management regarding maintenance or safety issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with requests.
