Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of Inventory & Merchandise Compliance solutions. This role focuses on user-centric design, mobile applications, and data-driven decision-making to optimise inventory accuracy and compliance. You will define the product strategy, roadmap, and feature development while working with engineers, designers, and business teams to drive innovation in retail operations.
What You Will Do
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for inventory and compliance solutions
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience
- Lead the development of mobile applications to support real-time compliance tracking
- Define, develop, or integrate data science models to improve accuracy and automate decision-making
- Oversee multi-application integrations, ensuring smooth data flow across retail ecosystems
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to align product strategy with operational needs
- Monitor key performance metrics, iterate based on insights, and drive continuous improvements
