Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of technology-driven solutions in retail operations. The role will focus on one of two key areas: Inventory & Merchandise Compliance or RFID Inventory Tracking. You will define the product strategy, drive user experience, and work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
What You Will Do
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product pod
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to develop and enhance mobile and web applications
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery to deployment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritise features based on impact and feasibility
- Ensure seamless multi-application integrations within the retail tech ecosystem
- Leverage data science and analytics to optimise product performance and decision-making
- Partner with operations and technology teams to ensure scalable and compliant solutions
Why You
- Experience in mobile application development and user experience (UX) principles
- Exposure to data science models for decision-making and automation
- Strong understanding of multi-application integrations in retail environments
- Experience with RFID hardware and software applications
- Expertise in large real-time data applications and analytics
