We’re seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated teacher to join our home enrichment program for children with special needs. Our program is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and you’ll have the chance to incorporate ABA techniques into personalized educational support and enrichment activities.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a background in education or a related field who’s eager to gain real-world experience. No certification is required—just a love for teaching, creativity, and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement engaging, tailored enrichment activities rooted in ABA principles to support the child’s unique learning needs.
- Foster a positive, nurturing, and structured environment.
- Collaborate with families to set and achieve developmental and educational goals.
- Utilize ABA strategies to promote learning, communication, and social skills.
- Maintain detailed notes on progress and adapt approaches as needed.
