About This Position
Office Manager
We are seeking a motivated individual to serve as our Office Manager. Our ideal candidate is someone with strong mental flexibility, who quickly adapts to challenges, pivots between tasks, and embraces change with a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
We are currently seeking a* Office Manager
Job Duties:
- General oversight of all administrative support staff
- Front desk support and management
- Management of day-to-day clinic operations
- Collection of client payments
- Daily posting of charges
- Enforcement of administrative policies and procedures
- Resolving and managing escalations with families/clients regarding administrative concerns
- Management of clients’ day-to-day schedule
- Management and support of therapists’ daily scheduling needs
- Evaluation scheduling for all services
- Tracking and ordering of clinical and/or office supplies
- Collaboration with clinic director regarding revenue/projections and productivity
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and efficient work style
- Team-oriented collaborator
- High levels of professionalism and cultural competence
- Capable conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency with various technology/software tools and platforms
- Experience and comfortability with medical insurance requests and verifications
- Experience with medical insurance billing (preferred)
About this Position:
This position is Full-time (32 -40 hours/week)
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
Schedule: Business hours, Monday through Friday
