Position Overview:
As the Information and Data Supervisor at Project Chimps, you will play a central role in the collection, management, and integrity of an organization's data, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and security while also implementing and maintaining data management systems and procedures to support informed decision-making within the company.
- Contribute to a positive and professional organizational culture that promotes Project Chimps’ values, mission, and vision
- Import data accurately into the central donor database (Salesforce); update information as needed
- Generate donation/donor-related reports (e.g., Holiday Card List, Lapsed Donors, Chimp Sponsorships, Expiring Sponsorships, Failed Credit Cards, etc.) for use by the team.
- Maintain and/or develop logs (in Excel) for special activities (e.g., Hiking visitors, Special Thank You Dedication Log, etc.)
- Compile visitor waivers and in-kind donations across sources (online, tablet, paper), import to central database and import opt-ins to email marketing system.
- Analyze report data from all sources to determine cross channel doners.
- Oversee proper document archives (Dropbox to Sharepoint) and train new staff on document storage and security systems.
- Implement cybersecurity measures and train staff to keep up to date with best industry practices.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors for IT support (SoHo, 1360group, etc).
- Provide input to the annual budget for data and IT related equipment, software, and platform fees.
- Maintain inventory of computer assets and issue equipment to staff.
- Manage the company cell phone plan to ensure cost saving and adequate equipment is available.

Qualifications:
To fulfill this vital role, you should have a minimum of one year of business experience in nonprofit setting or customer service environment as well as experience using WordPress, PayPal, Stripe, Square, MightyCause, Classy, Benevity would be a plus.
