We are seeking an experienced Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at a company providing medically tailored meals. The Enrollment Coordinator will be responsible for attending community events and setting up at community locations to represent our services, with a strong focus on enrolling new members on-site. This role will also involve advocating for Project FoodBox and acting as a primary point of contact for individuals seeking enrollment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to build trust and rapport with community members, and a passion for improving health outcomes through medically tailored meals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend community events and set up at local community locations, with a primary focus on enrolling new members into our services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact at these events and locations, providing information, enrolling members, and advocating for Project FoodBox.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, faith-based groups, and other local stakeholders to promote our services and drive enrollment.
- Manage and track enrollment efforts and outcomes at each event and community location, including maintaining event calendars and documenting enrollment results.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective community engagement, brand awareness, and seamless event execution.
- Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in community outreach and enrollment
Qualifications:
- High School/GED
- At least 1 year of experience in community outreach, customer service, or related
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for improving health outcomes for individuals through medically tailored meals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual – Spanish
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
