Project Genesis, Inc. is currently seeking staff to deliver services as Companions and Independent Living Skills Trainers (ILST), Recovery Assistants, and Vocational Instructors within our Acquired Brain Injury Program.
Work one-on-one with individuals in Banford, Chester, Clinton, Colchester, Groton and New London to help improve their ability to live independently in the community. Provide non-medical care, supervision, and socialization in accordance with the client’s service plan.
Requirements:
Companion/Recovery Assistant
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST)
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- 2 years experience working with ABI with High School Diploma or Equivalent OR 1 year experience working with ABI with Bachelor's degree
