Human Resources Generalists
Job Summary : The HR Generalist manages daily HR operations, including benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of HR services, addressing organizational needs and maintaining compliance with regulations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and reporting requirements (EEO, OSHA, FMLA, etc.).
- Manage employee records, HRIS updates, and data accuracy.
- Conduct personnel file audits and prepare compliance reports.
