Supportive Employment Supervisor
Job Summary : The Supportive Employment Supervisor and Specialist oversees the Restroom Attendant programs at the Free Library of Philadelphia, training part-time resident employees in outreach and light cleaning, while also managing a caseload to support job placement, skill-building, and long-term employment retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage 20-25 part-time resident employees in outreach and cleaning at Free Library locations, including recruiting, training, and scheduling.
- Support social enterprise staff in achieving employment goals through intake, goal setting, job search, skill building, and collaboration with residential staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with employer partners, advocating and educating them as needed.
- Keep updated records on employer relationships, caseload progress, and participant outcomes.
