Standard work schedule for a Therapist Bus Aide:
Four days per week (Monday through Friday), with a consistent weekday off each week determined by available schedules. Full-time employees are guaranteed a minimum of 32 hours per week, averaging 35-38 hours weekly.
Daily schedules: They typically range from 9 to 9.5 hours, but they can vary due to factors such as lunch breaks and bus schedules.

Competitive Pay:
- $17.50/hour starting (without RBT® credential)
- $18.50 /hour starting (with RBT® credential)

Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday - Friday
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Commitment to obtaining Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) —we cover all costs!
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Clear background check and TB test
