This role is perfect for paraprofessionals, behavior technicians, special education aides, PCAs/DSPs, or anyone passionate about supporting individuals with autism.

Competitive Pay:
- $17.50/hour starting (without RBT® credential).
- $18.50 /hour starting (with RBT® credential).

Your Work Schedule
- Four-day workweek: Monday–Friday with a consistent weekday off.
- Hours: Guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week, with an average of 35–38 hours.
- Flexibility: Daily schedules range from 9 to 9.5 hours, depending on lunch breaks and bus schedules.

What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required).
- Commitment to obtaining RBT® certification (we cover all costs!).
- Reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a clear background check and TB test.
- Full-time availability is Monday–Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm
- Part-Time availability is Monday–Friday, between 8:00am - 1:00pm or 12:00pm - 5:00pm
