Lead Behavior Analyst
Location: Greenville, SC
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Position starts at $72,000 (negotiable based on qualifications)

As a Lead Behavior Analyst, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing therapy services, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care.

What We’re Looking For
Education & Certification:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related human services field.
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training provided by the organization).
Experience & Skills:
- At least one year of experience in an ABA or related clinical setting.
- Strong ability to develop treatment plans and conduct behavior assessments.
- Leadership experience in supervising RBTs and therapy teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis to track client progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in therapy sessions.
- Comfort working in high-energy therapy environments with occasional exposure to loud noises and sudden movements.
- Ability to implement physical intervention techniques when necessary.
