Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Finance to oversee our organization's fiscal health and activity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of fiscal management, and corporate accounting as it relates to non-profits. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our administrative processes while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization.
Duties:
- Oversee general ledger reconciliation and account analysis to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate reporting and documentation.
- Supervise accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow and maintain healthy financial relationships.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning initiatives to drive organizational growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate accounting or a similar role with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in general ledger reconciliation, account analysis, fiscal management, and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
