Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Finance to oversee our organization's fiscal health and activity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of fiscal management, and corporate accounting as it relates to non-profits. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our administrative processes while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization.

Duties:

  • Oversee general ledger reconciliation and account analysis to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage fiscal responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Supervise accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow and maintain healthy financial relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning initiatives to drive organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate accounting or a similar role with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in general ledger reconciliation, account analysis, fiscal management, and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
